Body Pump is a 45 to 55 minute non impact class designed to give your body a complete workout using barbells and weights to motivating music. The class enables people of all levels of strength and fitness to take part. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for equipment set up as entry will not be allowed once class has started.
