High Intensity

Feel the burn and experience all the amazing fitness benefits of our high intensity (HIIT) classes - the fastest way to burn calories, improve your cardio health, as well as strengthen and tone your muscles, under the guidance of our motivational instructors.

Calming Classes

Our calming classes are the best way to make sure you get that time for you that you deserve. With focus on your breathing, relaxation and core strength, they’re the perfect way to maintain a strong mind and body.

Spin Class

Our indoor cycling group exercise class is a fun, low impact workout for your legs, bum and abs. You keep pace with the rhythm of the music, and sprint and climb your way to peak fitness. If you want an extra challenge, you can increase the resistance on your bike.

Aqua Classes

Join us for one of our fantastic fitness classes in the pool, with all the benefits of a standard workout, in the water. Water-based classes are a low-impact way to exercise, making it a safe and enjoyable workout for all levels of fitness.

Wave Rave To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, please adhere to the following guidelines: For our younger guests under 8 years of age, we require a ratio of 1 adult per 2 children. This ratio applies to both children under 8 years and those aged 0 to 4 years, with the additional requirement of floatation devices for the latter group. Don't forget to bring a £1 coin to secure a locker for your belongings. Our cancellation policy allows for changes only under exceptional circumstances; feel free to reach out to us to discuss transferring your booking to another day. Our ticketing system distinguishes between Junior tickets for ages 6 to 15 and Adult tickets for ages 16 and above.
