Fitness classes are a great way to keep your workouts varied, from high intensity full-body workouts through to relaxing classes for your mind and body. Our friendly instructors are welcoming and inclusive, ensuring that everyone has fun and stays motivated throughout.

Mum & Baby Pilates Circuit

Join us for a gentle exercise class that helps new mothers with babies aged 0-6 months to rebuild strength through safe and supportive movements, improve mobility, and bond with your little one.

Join this 6-week course for £18 (just £3 per class!) Sessions are 45 minutes long but please allow the full hour between 1-2pm.

Let's Lift The Curfew

Every winter, 72% of women in the UK change their outdoor routines or stop being active because they don't feel safe. This doesn't just affect daily life - it impacts health, wellbeing, and equality.

The Let’s Lift the Curfew movement, in partnership with This Girl Can, is here to change that. Women shouldn’t have to choose between safety and enjoying time outside.

Our indoor cycling group exercise class is a fun, low impact workout for your legs, bum and abs. You keep pace with the rhythm of the music, and sprint and climb your way to peak fitness. If you want an extra challenge, you can increase the resistance on your bike.

Aqua Classes

Join us for one of our fantastic fitness classes in the pool, with all the benefits of a standard workout, in the water. Water-based classes are a low-impact way to exercise, making it a safe and enjoyable workout for all levels of fitness.
